Bit of a rough go of it toward the end, but I gutted it out and managed to get almost to dry weight. I came off treatment at 114kg, which means I am only about five pounds away from IU transplant weight goal! I have until Oct 27th to get there, so I'm soldiering on!
I got a glimpse of the machine that would be used here at CS2 for home dialysis. It's large, Marge, and is going to require a bit of creative furniture moving to fit, but I don't want to get too far ahead of myself. First we need to see if I have the ability to insert my own needles...yikes!
